Hi, I’m Lillie Jane—a storyteller, adventurer, and creative professional with a passion for capturing life’s most inspiring moments. Growing up by the marsh in Charleston, South Carolina, I fell in love with the art of storytelling, starting with countless mornings spent photographing the sunrises of the Lowcountry.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the College of Charleston, my creative journey took off as I began selling my photography to locals around the Charleston area. I sold well over 500 prints to various friends and family and continue to sell my photography in the DC area.

Adventure has always been at the heart of my story. At just 15 years old, I summited Mt. Kilimanjaro with my dad, and in 2022, I embarked on a life-changing climate advocacy expedition to Antarctica without knowing anyone on the boat. These experiences have fueled my drive to push boundaries, both personally and professionally.

In 2023, I was accepted into the graduate program in Film and Media Production at American University in Washington, DC, where I’ve been honing my skills in videography and editing.

 

This past May, With my degree set for completion in May 2025, I’m eager to channel my talents into creating meaningful, visually compelling stories that inspire and connect.
